My Clean PC offers good software in my opinion. The free version just scans your computer and lets you know how many, if any, errors there are. When you click on “fix errors” you have to pay to have the errors fixed. How else could the company stay in business?
It is worth the money however, to get a faster computer that stops freezing up all the time. It is so frustrating to be working on something and have the computer totally freeze. Once you reboot, you lose everything. I had that happen to me too often.
I paid to have the errors on my computer fixed by Mycleanpc. I use the anti-virus software, which is great. You will get updates about new viruses constantly, usually before other people who don’t use the service provided by Mycleanpc.com.
I also got the 24/7 help option which is great, but expensive. If you need it, it is a fantastic bargain so it’s important to know what all is covered. You can call these people 24 hours a day to help you get your Ipod and computer in sync if you want to. I find it much easier to speak with someone on the phone rather than to try to understand the direction for installing some programs and products. This service is an option that’s offered, it’s not mandatory.
