Remember, your client is entitled to consider, evaluate and decide on your offer. The fact that it wishes to think, does not mean you do not want to buy. Close the sale does not necessarily mean you have to be in the moment.
3. Positive Energy. Every successful salesperson knows that energy is vital. Each sale requires a powerful dose of energy to win the customer. Caring for someone with a pessimistic attitude, tired or frustrated in your face is reflected in your words, in the way you shake hands and have a direct impact upon the success of your sale. Throw everything you transmit negative energy and that includes colleagues, thoughts and attitudes.
4. Handle frustration. Losing a sale or a customer can generate a sense of frustration that, if we can not handle losing can lead to other opportunities. One of the keys to success of every seller is to manage difficult situations. If you lose a sale. Continue with the next. If a customer says no. Never mind to suffer, just go for the next customer. If something goes wrong, channeling your energy into something more, laugh, enjoy life and later sige.
5. Organization. The monitoring of customers is of vital importance. The proper management of contacts, product catalogs, updates, prices and a wealth of information determine your effectiveness in selling. If this is one of your weaknesses, this is the time to overcome. Get organized better, make notes, and become a folder formats that allow you to properly handle all of your information.
