Due to the fact that monthly income is the only earning to rely on in life, to protect its existence is fundamental consequently. Redundancy and better opportunity of career go hand in hand at once. The second is no problem since better position comes normally with plenty of contentment. But the first has to be prevented when taking place to affect the continuity of life. Long period of sickness, accident, or disability that constrains an employee from doing jobs at work, produce both personal and social anxiety. In this regard, to have income protection would value the protection of one’s livelihood.
