Such investments are those which always offer stable performance and are usually combined with investments generally strong. This is done because the utilities of this type of investment is usually low (See also How To Invest Money In Small Amounts).
Cash equivalent investments are usually:
• The money market: which is an investment in treasury bills.
• Certificates in deposits: it is an investment with a fixed term and that generates interest. Such investments are low risk.
• Book savings: a savings account at a bank and usually gives a fixed interest monthly and guaranteed.
Such investments are made by people who do not want to risk their savings or money. As mentioned above these fixed income investments provide and are safe. But this cost is small in comparison to other investments.
